❊ The recycled timber products sizes vary depending on timber availability. Materials have been sourced from demolition sites around Victoria, or timber yards specialising in recycled timbers.
❊ The Macrame plant hangers are named after Australian Native plants from our garden:
Grevillea Plant Hanger / Grevillea with Beads Plant Hanger / Wattle Plant Hanger / Bottlebrush Plant Hanger.

  • FREE PICK UP, Ivanhoe, Victoria. An email will follow an order to arrange collection.

  • FREE DELIVERY MELBOURNE, 20klm zone from Ivanhoe once a week. An email will follow an order to arrange delivery.

  • Standard Parcel Post (under 5kg in weight), for distance past 20klm from Ivanhoe. Products include: Moment Vessels, Comfort Candles

  • SIDE TABLE COURIER DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE : Rate added once location and cost reviewed.

  • MACRAME PLANT HANGERS, Australia Wide : FLAT RATE $9.50

  • WALL SHELF, Australia Wide : FLAT RATE $9.50

❊ An email will follow all orders with specific delivery detail including tracking reference and lead time.


❊ Macrame plant hangers are sustainably wrapped and packaged for posting. All plant hangers are sent parcel post via Australia Post. For urgent orders, Express Post available on request. Delivery can’t be left at PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We can deliver to a residential or business address. Please advise through email of a safe, dry place to leave your item if not available to receive or sign for it.


❊ Grazing boards and Cheese boards are carefully protected with extra care sustainable wrapping. They are shipped parcel post via Australia Post. For urgent orders, Express Post available on request. Delivery can’t be left at PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We can deliver to a residential or business address. Please advise through email of a safe, dry place to leave your item if not available to receive or sign for it.

Returns / Damaged Items

❊ If your furniture or home decor product is damaged on arrival, please contact Jane via email, jane@hausfitsdesigns.com.au , with photos and description of damage within 48 hours of receiving it. A replacement item will be arranged, or full refund given once the design has been returned to maker and inspected. If the design is faulty, delivery will be covered. Damaged items need to be returned in the same condition received, unused and in the packaging sent.


❊ If you are unhappy with your purchase and paid full price, please contact Jane within 5 business days of receiving your order.


❊ As all designs are handmade, nothing leaves the workshop without a ‘quality check’ of approval! This means all designs have a quality expectation to be finished with skilled craftsmanship. So, if you are uncertain, please get in touch!

Workshop Classes - Terms & Conditions

Workshop cancellation policy:


❊ If you cancel your Workshop up to 14 days prior your commencement date, you will receive a full refund.

❊ If cancelling after 14 days prior your Workshop date, a full refund isn’t guaranteed. You are welcome to contact Jane via email, jane@hausfitsdesigns.com.au , to check whether there are people on the waiting list who could purchase your ticket. Plus you are also able to pass your ticket onto a family member or friend. In this circumstance, please email Jane directly, jane@hausfitsdesigns.com.au , as soon as possible, with your name and the new participants - full name, email and mobile.

❊ Every effort will be made to assist a last minute cancellation, however refunds are not guaranteed. Depending on the timing and circumstance of the cancellation, will depend whether a future Workshop voucher will be credited.

❊ No refunds will be administered within 24 hours prior class time.

❊ If for any reason Jane, of Hausfits Designs, needs to cancel a Workshop due to health or unforeseen circumstances, a new Workshop date will be rescheduled. If you aren’t available for the new date and time, a voucher to join another Workshop date in the future will be offered. Or the voucher could be used to purchase products and will be valid indefinitely. If neither suits you, a full refund will apply.

❊ Minimum number of 4 participants, is required to proceed with Workshops. If the class bookings don’t achieve minimum number by Thursday prior a Workshop date, an email will be forwarded to booked participants offering a rescheduled Workshop date. If
